Annika Forkert is a Lecturer in Music at the Royal Northern College of Music, Manchester. Her research focuses on the analysis and aesthetics of musical modernism and twentieth-century female composers, published in the Journal of the Royal Musical Association and Twentieth Century Music. She is writing a book on composer Elisabeth Lutyens’s influences and collaborations.
